All was exceptional, including staff and food

Hip new hotel, exceptional room, liked the bed. Everything was perfect, yet a few employees were very rude.

Perfect service, unique place. The staff were happy to help, and they are dismissive.

Everything is nice here, had a very very good stay with good value.

Freshly prepared breakfast, fairly clean hotel, unbeatable location close to downtown. The room was both warm and well-appointed. I loved nearby Mick O'shea's, they had nice drinks.

I liked my staying here. Lovely building, awesome personnel, well-kept rooms. This hotel was located in a central area next to downtown and Inner Harbor. Plus, it had proximity to an art museum.

Staff were fairly friendly and we greatly enjoyed our time there. Central location, it was in a nice area. Big bedroom and modern bathroom. We had access to paid parking, heated pool.

It was reasonably priced. We liked this place, everything was really good. Our double room was well-stocked and uniquely decorated. Incredibly hospitable staff.

I loved prime location and how the place is spotlessly clean. Satisfactory breakfast with lots of food. Good-sized rooms, relaxing view. What's more, it was close enough to Inner Harbor. Pool was lovely and beds were amazing.

The lobby was welcoming and immaculately clean. The staff were happy to help, always outstanding! The bar area was lovely, I appreciated it. Central location, just a short stroll away from a Major League Baseball ballpark.

I came here for 1 night and had a decent stay. Hotel accommodation was recently renovated, I truly enjoyed very pleasant staff. Excellent breakfast, fantastic service. Nice interior, great restaurant.

Had an excellent stay and would love to come back. Hip new hotel, perfect room and amazing location. There were microwave, climate control and hairdryer in the room, liked that. It had big beds and there was good pool onsite.

Always so clean place with enthusiastic staff and super buper location. I got free upgrade and loved it. Late check out too.

Amiable staff, nice looking, good room. That was straightforward hotel set in sketchy area. The staff did all they can for a such great stay.

The hotel is newly decorated and pretty clean, I loved its fine staff and rooms. The city center is about 10 minutes' walk.

The whole experience was really really nice. Simple hotel, everything was so good. The room was new and well kept, the bed was really comfy. Its bathroom was spacious.

This hotel was fine base for exploring Baltimore, really loved it. They served hot breakfast, it included coffee and tea. Worth its 3 stars.

It was a 3-star hotel in every way. The breakfast was free and overall our stay was nice. We really enjoyed our coffee with goodies at David and Dad's Cafe. Their valet rocks...

breakfast was fantastic and the bed was comfy. being within easy reach of national aquarium and near to walters art museum. if you walk 5 minutes, you'll find lexington market subway station. downtown baltimore is a district that deserves exploring.

In the morning there was continental breakfast. Staff was helpful...

Nothing it is perfect.

We loved the room, it was good sized. A microwave, a fridge and beds were a bonus. Private parking for those who drive: )
